How to use: Eyes: Dip your finger into the product and tap — don’t rub — all over the lid right up to the brow bone. Allow to set for a few seconds before applying eyeshadow. Lips: Tap the primer all over your lips before applying liner and lipstick. This one step is the key to making your lipstick last 4–5 hours. It works just as well under gloss and lip liner too.
