How to Use: Apply your lip primer first, then start in the center of your lips — the middle is your focal point, not the corners. Do the bottom lip first, then the top. Go slowly — rushing is the number one mistake with lip liner. For the top lip, create a slightly rounded cupid’s bow — not too pointed.
