How to Use: Use gel liner on the top lid only — not liquid (too messy for most) and not a soft kohl pencil (too hard on the lid). Start in the middle of the lash line — not the inner corner — and work outward with short, precise strokes. Go slowly and stay as close to the lash line as possible. Stop about ¾ of the way across — do not go all the way into the inner corner. If the line isn’t perfect, use a smudger brush back and forth to blend and soften. Apply eyeshadow first, then gel liner, then mascara.
