How to Use: Use the kohl pencil on the lower lash line — its soft formula is ideal for the delicate lower lid. Start in the middle of the lower lash line, not the inner corner. Use short, light strokes and work outward, stopping about 3/4 of the way across. Blend with a smudger brush for a soft, smoky effect. Apply after eyeshadow and before mascara.
