How to Use: Keep your head up and look upward when applying — this is the key to getting the wand as close to the lash line as possible. Starting at the base of your lashes, wiggle the wand upward in a gentle zigzag motion to build volume at the root. A second coat before the first fully dries adds extra curl and fullness. For maximum length and drama, apply the Lash Extender Primer first. Apply mascara after your gel liner, never before.
