How to Use: Keep your head up and look upward when applying — this is the key to getting the wand as close to the lash line as possible. Starting at the base of your lashes, wiggle the wand upward in a gentle zigzag motion to build volume at the root. A second coat before the first fully dries adds extra curl and fullness.
